Viking and KitchenAid stand mixers are excellent. At home I have a KitchenAid that my mother in front of (the birth of 20 years and older had been) and we have used and abused this thing so I can not describe. He has made countless batches of biscuits, cheese, cakes, quick breads, muffins, cakes, yeast bread, pasta, cakes, pumpkin pie filling - anything and everything and still works like a champ.
ReplyDeleteMy cooking school look has recently acquired a fleet of Viking good mixer for use in cooking, and. I do not know how the model that we have, but the tilt mechanism is not very intuitive, and sit the bowl not only directly on the machine.
KitchenAid products and spare parts are available and the customer service (in my experience is unmatched), Viking, second only at the beginning of a real possibility mixer quality public services are one and achieve something associated more difficult. I love my Kitchen Aid. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I can not live without it! I've had for 12 years and is still strong. It was money well spent.
